DESIGN REVIEW REQUEST FORM:

Homeowners in Blue Horizon subdivision according to the Blue Horizon Bylaws must get approval for upgrades to your property for paint color, fences, front yard landscape changes, storage sheds and any other item as specified in the bylaws.  To get approval, download the Design Review Request Form and email it to mgm@gomgm.com
