Our Background
The Blue Horizon community is made up of 151 homes and located in the growing city of Meridian, Idaho. The Blue Horizon Homeowners Association assembled in August of 2004, is a non-profit, non-political corporation incorporated in the State of Idaho. The organization is presided over by a board of directors. The developers of Blue Horizon were Jeff W. Moore and Jonathan Seel of W.H. Moore. The owner of the property was Kimball Properties, a limited partnership.
